Remodeling for a client.

We were given an 18ct yellow gold ring set with an Amethyst, the client wanted to take the stone out and set it into an 18ct white gold ring. We suggested to use the spare gold to make two square bands for her to either wear on their own or stack them with the new white gold ring. I have added photos of the ring before, after we melted the gold and the new gold rings from the melted down gold and the newly set amethyst in 18ct White gold.
