Classic yet funky, exacting yet dynamic, hand-crafted yet precision-engineered, Adina Jozsef’s unique jewellery is versatile and rewarding to wear. Featuring sleek lines, high-polished precious metals punctuated with gemstones, quirky geometrical motifs and spots of bright colour, her work traverses a variety of settings: from the everyday to the extra-special, for both men and women. Hers is a distinctive and inspiring voice in the jewellery marketplace, delighting the intellect, the body and the eyes.
Adina makes jewellery that she, herself, would like to wear. Her work exemplifies the principle that well-finished components form the basis of a well-finished look. Developing through creative explorations of shapes and materials, rather than following fashion trends, Adina’s jewellery ranges update the traditional values of exceptional hand skills and precious materials, through their modern jewellery designs and applications. Components within and between her contemporary jewellery ranges compliment and resonate with one another, with each bearing Adina’s trademark contemporary elegance, refinement and originality.
For Adina, however, almost as fun as wearing her creations is the process of making itself. Believing that superior craftsmanship has intrinsic worth, she relishes the challenge of finishing her pieces to a level of perfection. Adina has gained a deep, almost intuitive, understanding of metal. It is a material with hardness and resistance requiring physical effort to master, and her jewellery’s sleek lines, shapes and high polish defy its handmade origins.
Alongside her production work, Adina also undertakes commissions and one-off bespoke items, including engagement rings and wedding bands. She values the special role of designing and making something a couple will wear for the rest of their lives. Through careful consultation and collaboration, such jewellery is sure to last a lifetime and beyond to be passed down to generations to come.

THE GOLD & SILVERSMITH GUILD OF AUSTRALIA
In 1988 a group of manufacturing jewellers, aware of the traditions and a need for a higher degree of consumer protection in the precious metals industry, instigated and formed The Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia. The Guild is the only professional organization in Australia with a traditional and comprehensive system of marking precious metal items. Guild Members names and marks are permanently recorded, they abide by set standards of material, their work is clearly identified as genuinely made in Australia, and the date of manufacture can be recorded. The Guilds principal aim is to promote the Guild Mark as a symbol of excellence.
Adina Jozsef is a proud member of the Guild. For more information click on the link below:
